I enjoy working with a variety of materials. I use acrylic paint in many of my paintings.  I also work with ink, graphite, watercolor, gouache, oil, collage and more. I am inspired by spirituality, nature, prehistory, and travel. Over the last few years, I have become increasingly interested in exploring color energy and the influence of colors and symbols in daily life. Many of my paintings incorporate abstract geometric elements and colors from my physical environment and meditation journeys.  Sometimes the images in my paintings come visually in meditation. Other times, I work spontaneously, responding to each layer.
